Somehow, it was decided that it was important we go all out for Pepper’s 4th birthday. Ellie, Ellie (neighbor), and Madison worked on decorations during the day. Ellie baked him his own special treats. We had a photo session. I made apple crisp and homemade ice cream. Grandpa even came over for the party.
